'BT has been accused of leaving ISPs in limbo on the future of wholesale prices for broadband.

There's speculation that price cuts could be on the way following a meeting earlier this week in which BT Wholesale met ISPs to discuss future plans for ADSL services in the UK....'

I believe Oftel ordered BT to reduce prices charged to ISPs some time ago, but as ever, BT are dragging their heels again. Oh hum...! TC.

So BT "did not set out to cause uncertainty" - how come they seem to achieve it so often then?
