Where I live if the weather is bad, same as yesterday, you don't "surf the Internet", it's more like wading through a tar pit, but I suppose we can dream about it.
Does that mean, you only get one minute to watch two movie's? :o)
BT may well upgrade your exchange to have this in the next 20 years. But you'll need to find 399 likeminded people living in your street to make it "economically viable" for them to do it... ;-)
