Intelligent Life at Mesh?? - FOUND!

Thanks to everyone who responded to my desparate plea, and I did find a couple of gems (but not in Customer Service) namely Davey in Customer Support who moved so fast to get my problem resolved that it left me out of breath. Also the other gem was Joe the technician, who discovered a fault with the soundcard installation that I wasn't aware of and patiently sorted it for me as well as installing the missing wifi network card. So at last I am using my impressive new Mesh computer to post this. So thanks guys you both did a great job for me - its just a shame about the Customer Service Manager - maybe one of you should apply for his job!!
