IncrediMail Customer Support (is there any?)

I purchsed the Premium IncrediBundle a week ago - since when I've received no product - no communication - except that my cash has been taken ($49.95) Ten emails have been ignored. How on earth do you make contact with this Company? How do you get them to reply? Do they know what Customer Support is? Do they care?

Do to the fact that Incredimail is an american company, I think that you may find this is the problem.Payment will be taken automatically, but the dispatch side will be the problem.If your purchase was downloaded via the internet, then you would have received the product, but any other method may lead to extended delays.
