I am going the same route with just wanting a bit less clutter on the desktop and get a wireless printer .
A laptop does not appeal to me as well . I know upgrading and repairs will be more difficult or maybe even impossible .
I have looked at Dell and there all in one does not look up to much the Acer Aspire AZ5610 looks a okay spec but I think Acer do not have a good reputation but maybe someone will correct me .
The new Sony has caught my eye with the 24 inch screen but its not cheap .
Just a note a pc bought at John Lewis carries a 2 year warranty

I have looked at Acer as well I have an Acer Extensa 7620z and have had no trouble with so far.
I have not been able to find a shop in the west of Ireland that has one.

This may be where you have to decide between a sound UK firm and pay heavy carriage charges, or try and find a firm in Eire which sells what you want.
