Hybrid (laptop/tablet) choices...Sony vs Asus..help

I really need some help...

I am looking for 1) Laptop that converts to a tablet 2) 15 inch screen at least 3) Full HD screen (ifpossible) 4) Slim and light, and sleek/stylish

I've narrowed it down to the Vaio flip (very sleek and looks good) vs the Asus Transformer (better specs & price but not as sleek).

Any advice/warnings/words of wisom would really help! If I had my way, I prefer the Sony i7...but the price difference is a bit of madness!

I currently have the Samsung QX510, and it's 4yrs old and slow now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
