Quote from the Boots (Wellbeing) website.

"Free delivery excludes delivery and gift boxing charges"

That's the trouble with small print.........the more you read it, the more confused you become!

Baffling! Have you asked them for an explanation?

Love it!

I've just looked on the website and couldn't find the thing you are referrring to. All references to deliveries I could find seemed sensible. Can you point to where this is?

Yes -pops- it was on a Flyer sent to me by e-mail by the Wellbeing site yesterday. This link took me somewhere on the site, but since I didn't want to buy anything I left after grinning at the "free delivery" bit.

Unfortunately, I then deleted the e-mail as I always do. No doubt it is buried deep in the depths of my machine somewhere but I'm not good enough to get it back.

I'm off now to see if I can find anything on the website.

I can't find it!!

The only thing I can find is the statement that you get free delivery for any order over £30. So I guess that they mean you don't get free delivery on everything.

If anyone knows how to retrieve a post which has been permanently deleted from Outlook, please let me know and I'll try to get it back.

they must've meant "includes"

  ams4127 19:48 20 Jan 2003

Lord only knows what they meant « Ravin ».

Since I keep getting these e-mails from them, I'll hang on until the next one comes and copy it into a thread.

Then you can all be as puzzled as me!
