For anyone who doubted me, here are the last couple of lines from an e-mail received from Wellbeing.com today.

"Terms & conditions: *Free delivery excludes delivery and gift boxing charges. Special offers are valid until Tuesday 4th February 2003 and are subject to availability.

If you do not wish to receive further e-mails from wellbeing.com simply click the link below and complete the following instructions:

-enter your password to allow you access to your personal details -remove the tick from the box asking for permission to send you details of products, special offers etc. -and finally, remember to click the 'Update details' button before closing the registration page"

The quotation marks are mine.

Having visited the site, the meaning becomes clear although obviously badly expressed. It's actually no different to most web companies.
