I purchased a HP MFD a month ago from PC World via the internet (the best price I could find). I have asked a question in HELPROOM about this but am trying to cater for all eventualities as she's in Exeter and I'm 200 miles away. The question is if it is faulty can I take it back to any PC World store? Will they exchange it, or offer a repair, refund or am I likely to get the proverbial run around and a sharp intake of breath. I'm hoping that none of these apply but what are my rights?
