I have spent many many hours trying to get my HP Director Software to run correctly with my HPScanjet 5500C and my HP T450 computer after installing SP2
It works fine on my old non HP old computer but not on my shiny new HP one!
HP Technical Support have been a total waste of time and the best that they could manage after many hours of phone calls and emails is to say that their drivers may be at fault and may not work with SP2
Tech support operates on a premium rate line, 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, and do not respond properly to emails.
Any helpful suggestions would be very much appreciated
