Any feedback good or bad buying online.

Bought on line @ 6.30pm and get the delivery by first class Royal mail @ 9am next morning! Items sometimes can be found cheaper but they do offer a good service.

About twice a month since before computers, they used to trade by post. Never had a problem.

First class.

I would rather deal with them online than wait in their shop!!

Use them often. Very reliable.

I usually visit one of their branches rather than order online as it's quicker - always had a good name but, sometimes, its prices are beaten elsewhere.

I've used them for a long time now. Prices usually competitive, as def90csw says occasionally not the cheapest, but I can't think of any company who is the cheapest for everything.

I always make sure that my order's above the threshold for free delivery, but that goes for all businesses that offer such things. Delivery service excellent.

I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.

Purchased from them many times. Good company and email responses. But you have to be selective on some product prices.

If you have a Maplin's store local, then a visit is worthwhile, especially when they have a clearance sale.

Good reports thank you.

  GRFT 14:53 20 Sep 2006

Not recently, but I've always found them an excellent company to deal with.

I'm an account customer and find the delivery if ordered before 6pm normally gets to me next working day. Good customer service. As others have said some things may be more expensive, but good deals often found on the net.
