About time they admited there mistakes. Good to see there trying to do something about it.

I have a 360 but paid for a 3 years warranty already, I wish they had announced this a few months ago.

I paid for a 3 years warranty last Feb for my Xbox360, still no paper work from Microsoft to confirm this.
And they have cashed my cheque and I have phoned Microsoft at least 4 times. all I get is we will look into it, then give me a reference No.
I will try and get money back for the extended warranty, my box has already been replaced once!! not the same one though!
If my Xbox blows up again I will go try to sell it and go for the PS3
