I've been trying out Directory Opus, which is a Windows Explorer replacement.It's little pricey at about £33 but it really is a useful piece of software, tons of options and clever functions.Try it and see:

I use PowerDesk which is also Great Software.

It is a really good substitute for Windows Explorer and, of course, it is free from the PCA download page:
