I had a faulty power socket on my Gateway laptop. Contacted Gateway on Friday and they arranged, at their expense, for DHL to collect it on Monday during a 2 hour slot of my choosing. DHL collected as requested and I noticed on the docket that the laptop was going to Aachen in Germany for repair. Yesterday, Thursday, arrived home to find card from DHL who had tried to deliver a package. Rang DHL at 8.10 am this morning, Friday, and the laptop was delivered at 11.30am. Now that's what I call service from both Gateway and DHL.
