Good service for a change

In contrast to the tales of bad service one reads here, heres a bit of praise. On friday of last week I phoned Sky to report my digibox had failed. After talking me through a repair proceedure they decided that the box was faulty and would send an engineer. They gave me an appointment for Sunday morning, 36 hours later, and said the engineer would ring me on sunday morning to let me know what time he woud be here.
He rang at 8-30 am sunday and was here by 11-am.
He fitted a new box and a low noise blocker to the dish and all was well. The charge?? £65 standard charge which was cheaper than the £79 for repair insurance.

Good to hear of an excellent service. Never bothered with insurance on sky equipment myself.
