Good service

A lot of the posts on this forum rightly complain about poor service. However we need to balance these by making sure good service gets commended.

Last Monday,18th Feb, a courier collected my faulty 8800 GT graphics card from my Scottish address to be returned to EBuyer. I expected the usual 'week to fortnight' wait whilst it went through testing etc, etc. On Wednesday morning, 20th Feb, they confirmed it was faulty and by Wednesday PM the refund was on its way. Slick service and I told them so. Sometimes Ebuyer does get stick but to me this shows somebody cares!

I'll second the service from ebuyer, have bought loads from them and the only return that I had was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. If you follow their returns guidelines there are no problems at all.
