Hi,I'm after a good refurb-Laptop for a birthday present.

Does anyone know a good and reliable company where I can buy a Laptop with an operating system for around £300/400? It will be used mainly for surfing the internet.

RDC can prove very annoying over its security policy with new customers - you need to send at least two examples of bills etc to prove your idenity.

It's the only firm I've ever dealt with during eight years of online ordering that has insisted on such measures.

Another possible outlet is click here
