Games/Mid-Range Laptop Help

Hi there,

I'm after a laptop which is capable of the usual things - MSN Messenger, the net, dvd's etc - but I also want to be able to play some non-graphics heavy games..

Mainly things like The Sims II, Age of Empires and Command and Conquer..

I've found the COMPAQ V6630EM @ pc world and currys etc, and I'm just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on wether it's the kind of laptop which will play these games without any problems?

I want one with 2gb ram/120gb hdd minimum spec really..

I'm looking to spend no more than £470, so if anyone can recommend a laptop that'd be cool..?

Thanks in advance,

£470 laptops are no good for games, you need to spend more to get something like the acer aspire 5920h gemstone £780 to get playable framerates, even then you will probably have to lower detail for c and c.
