I saw a computer operator chair that I liked the look of in the local store but they did not have the colour I wanted in stock. They explained that they were expecting a delivery the next day (Tuesday). I rang on the following Friday but they still had not received a delivery. Yesterday I ordereed the chair I wanted on-line, I had an e-mail yesterday evening to say it had been dispatched and it arrived by 11 a.m. today. That to me is good service. Well done.
