Force 9 Again

Ok, with ongoing problems that Force 9 could not rectify, non exhistant customer support, unable to correct my broadband issues I finally took the plunge and aurthorised to cancel my broadband account.

Did this yesterday 10 minutes later and I was cut off. Now when sending a ticket request for technical support cos its impossible to speak to a customer service team member they today send me a email saying my boradband will be cancelled on 02 Oct 2006 anoying they did this 10 mins after my request yesterday.

Of all the times I have sent them a comuinication its took them 3+ days to weeks to get a reply but to cancel they do this in 5 mins, there well out of order by giving me the date of 02 October to cancel I think.

May depend on how you pay, if it is by direct debit that may be the day each month that you are billed and you are paid up until then..

they would cancel my account on 02 Oct but they canx on 25th Sept am my payment day is 14th Oct paid upto.
