Excellent service from neurosoftcorp.

I had a problem with PC Doc Pro this morning and sent an e-mail to their support line at 14:58. Their reply was received at 15:05 which fixed the problem. I consider this to be excellent customer service. There are one or two PC companies out there who could do well to follow neurosoft's example.
