I have a 4 yr old JVC Digital Video Camera which has given excellent service until last week when it refused to accept that the lens cover had been removed. I contacted JVC on click here they acknowledged the fault even on cameras out of warranty and gave a contact number.
The agent took my details and arranged collection by courier for Wednesday this week to return it for repair All free of charge, they also confirmed the transaction by e-mail within minutes. So far I am impressed and trust all goes to plan. Well-done JVC
