Excellent service from JVC

I have a 4 yr old JVC Digital Video Camera which has given excellent service until last week when it refused to accept that the lens cover had been removed. I contacted JVC on click here they acknowledged the fault even on cameras out of warranty and gave a contact number.

The agent took my details and arranged collection by courier for Wednesday this week to return it for repair
All free of charge, they also confirmed the transaction by e-mail within minutes.
So far I am impressed and trust all goes to plan.

I have to say that I sell quite a bit of JVC kit at work, and our sales rep is very efficient.

It's reassuring that they keep parts at least 7 years after a product has gone out of warranty...

Just to complete the story,

The camera was collected by TNT on Tuesday PM, The driver apologised for being a day early but said he was in the area,no problem to me.
It was returned today, repaired cleaned and polished.

I thought this level of service had long gone,congratulations to JVC and TNT
