Excellent service from Evesham

I just had to add to tell you about Evesham Customer Service. A week ago I ordered a top of range PC which included the Athlon 64 FX51 processor, via the internet.

Yesterday, I noticed that there had been a price reduction on the HDD and the Video card. I had also seen on the Athlon site that the FX51 was being replaced by the FX53.

I e mailed Evesham last night on these 2 subjects. On getting home tonight, there is an e mail confirming a reduction of £200 on the cost of my system and also that they will upgrade to the new FX53 albeit with a 2 - 3 day delay.


This is my third system in 5 years from them and I continue to get excellent service, on the one occasion when I had a problem with the monitor from new they sent a new monitor by Courier within 24 hours.
