Excellent customer support JVC

Although not computer related any good service is worthy of note.

On Sunday afteroon the mains adaptor for my 16 month old set top box gave up the ghost. I mailed JVC that day and received a reply on Monday morning saying that a replacement would be sent FOC. The adaptor arrived this morning and digital TV service is restored.

Makes a change from some of the horror stories one reads of on this forum!

Indceed it is, although it's a pity that we have to say that. Good service should be the norm, but until it is, it's always good to hear about specific instances.

I think it is a sign of age if you can remember when such service was the norm -and I can!
