Evesham tech service still going strong

Had a nice call with Evesham tech today - was having some trouble with the laptop freezing when using the power save function.

The tech person went through some steps and found the drivers for the chipset, gave me a "TinyURL" over the phone and job was done.

All in under 10 mins (including waiting time).

Not to mention the operator was very "human" and a pleasure to talk to.

Glad to see Evesham hasnt lost the edge with tech support since its gloomy days of late.

That's good to hear.

I bought a PC from Evesham 2 years ago and its been simply superb, very stable, very reliable, but its a good piece of mind to know that the tech service/customer service is still going strong in the event that I would need it. I was only thinking just the other day regarding what their customer service would be like since they were taken over. If all stops good, i.e. customer service, excellent machines, then my next PC would be coming from Evesham as well!
