Evesham "free" upgrade to Vista...

I have recently brought a notebook from Evesham with a "Free Upgrade to Windows Vista".

The key word being free, I thought this would mean I would have to pay nothing to receive the DVD.

The first charge Modus Link wanted was the shipping and tax, which I thought was reasonable and perhaps something I should of expected.

However, I was then incurred a £10 charge for the "unit price" of the DVD ontop of the shipping and thus totalling to £15.86.

I don't see how Evesham can claim this to be "free" when they are charging customers for the DVD itself plus delivery?

What are your thoughts when you first read "free upgrade" ?

I am not sure how reasonable it is for Evesham to be charging £15 for something that was advertised as "Free" !
