How long is a piece of string?

As far as I am aware EmpireDirect orders on your behalf from manufacturers and suppliers and the difference in the prices is their profit return.

The easy way to find out, is to contact Empire Direct or the contact number that was supplied to you, and ask them the question. Each repair will be based on its own merit, as to whether the fault is straightforward, availability of spares and the repair facilities workload.

i can answer ure question on how long is a piece of string
"twice half its length"

  Stuartli 16:44 09 Jul 2006

So the time to repair your laptop must be twice half of the time you were waiting for its return.
