eBuyer RMA Service - Good in Parts!

After giving eBuyer a bit of a 'kicking' in another thread about their slowness to respond to a request for an RMA (it took 4 working days), it is only fair now to praise their receipt, validation, picking, packing and delivery service for the speed with which they turned round the defective item.

After their e-mail acknowledging receipt at around 0900 on Monday 16 May there was a flurry of e-mails concluding with the dispatch notice later that afternoon.

The courier then delivered the item at midday on Tuesday 17 May! Pretty good going, I must say.

My recent experience with an E Buyer RMA was identical to phoenix198. Four day wait, flurry of emails and prompt delivery of replacement.
A Good Service.
