Bought some additional memory for my PC last August from Ebuyer. Recently, my PC has been crashing and I isolated the fault to that stick of memory. Went on to the returns service on Saturday, received my RMA number by Monday on which day I returned the item to Ebuyer. I have received five e-mails advising me of progress and I received the replacement item by post at 10am this morning, Thursday. Tremendous service!
Ordered a printer, a fan and a cartridge monday morning 09:00 for next day delivery. Nothing showed, then two items arrived wednesday, one broken, 3 rd item still missing. Like getting blood out of a stone getting an idea of what is happening.
At first they would not even refund my express delivery charge, tried to fob me off with a voucher.
So Ebuyer are still ebuyer.....can be brilliant or appaling dependant upon the day of the week.
