I purchased a m/board from ‘ebuyer’, which proved faulty - the secondary IDE was not detected. I complained and they replaced it with an identical one - which had exactly the same fault! However before even complaining the whole thing packed up and I was without my PC for nearly 2 weeks. It was only when I replaced the m/board with another that I got my PC back in working order.
However when I went back to their web site to enable me to return the faulty m/board again - I was told that they only accept one return fro any order! A statement we all know is illegal.
But how to do anything about it is another matter, as to phone them is only to be referred to their web site. Catch 22?
