Hi all, just to let you know about a problem i had with e-buyer.Ordered a new dvd burner on Sunday asked for fast delivery(paid £5 extra)was told on their website it would be delivered Tuesday, waited all day nothing, next day went to work came home and yellow card posted, saying"tried to deliver"blah, blah, blah etc.Rang up e-buyer to cancel my order, they said no problem will refund you, great except for delivery charge of £10(£5 standard and £5 fast),1 week later,so beware. They told me the date, but I pay for their mistake, will stick with dabs!

Ebuyer delivers to your work address if this is any help

normally you can find a depot nearby to pick the stuff up yourself

I ordered a lot of stuff from Ebuyar, never have any deliver problem and I never wait at home. I either get them deliver to work, or arrange to pick it up from the delivery depot

If you explain the delivery problem to eBuyer, they will reimburse the charges.
