Dixons & NTL- GOOD service

I tend to agree with the discussions about extended warranties and poor back up, my experience with DSG has not been favourable. However,my Daughter had a fault with her Laptop, it was collected on time and delivered 3 days later working, they even replaced a few of the rubber feet! So its not all bad.

I had occasion on Thursday to request a new remote for my cable box from NTL. Took less than one minute to answer the phone and the remote was delivered, free of all charges, within 24 hrs. Brilliant.

Maybe we can start up a good news guide?

for want of content. We already see quite a few good news threads, but human nature being what it is they are eclipsed by the bad news.

That isn't surprising, or unwelcome - it's what we're here for after all.

I agree FE, its good to hear the other side of the coin sometimes.
