Dire service from Fujitsu

I bought a Amilo Laptop this time last year for my new business.

I recently went on holiday and the screen started playing up - the usual line down one side.

So I rang the helpdesk today (my first day back). Because the laptop is a few days outside of the warranty time they wont do a thing to help.

No gesture of goodwill or anything. Unbelievably bad service

Anyone thinking of buying a Laptop should steer well clear of Fujitsu
