I'm thinking of buying a Panasonic CamCorder from these people, but can find very few details about them. Has anyone any experience of this company?

Excellent company to deal with, I've bought lenses from them in the past and know of a number of others that have bought camera equipment, but beware of import duties.

Often DigitakRev will guaranteed no Vat,otherwise you will almost certainly be clobbered for import duty. My last purchase from them incurred approx £120 in duties, this was refunded to my bank account within several days of my notifying them.

Another point to remember is the warranty, the lenses that I bought all carried international warranties,so no problem if they develop a fault.

If your camcorder developed a fault within the warranty period you would have to return it to Hong Kong at your own expense, unless it comes with an international warranty

From your reply I gather that they are not a UK based company so that probably rules them out as far as I am concerned.
