Do any members have a telephone number for this company which actually connects you to someone?

The number posted on their website simply rings and rings and then cuts off.

The company changed ownership about a months ago and since then I have been unable to contact them (my e-mails remain unanswered).

I had an order delivered at about the time they changed hands and one item was missing from the delivery.

I have been trying to complain since, but without success.

The number given in your link rang and rang and then cut off.

The e-mail address is the one I've sent several messages to with no response.

Thanks anyway.

Digital camera company is under new ownership. Currently that are not trading.

No indication as to when, (or if), they will resume.

From jack by e-mail:

"Would it be prudent to ask in PCA forums that if any member lives near or happens to be in the area to go look see at the given address to see what is going on or not?"

I don't think we need go to such lengths.

In any event, as per the Forum rules, please do not e-mail members via the yellow envelope unless invited to do so.

Clapton is God: yes I did see that in the first post.

The point I wished to make was that, after all this time, there is STILL no indication as to when, (or if), they will resume. One would imagine the new owners would like to get business going ASAP. Very suspicious.

If you know where they are based, you could contact the local trading standards to discover if they still exist.

I agree entirely.

I don't understand why the new owners didn't simply continue to operate what was a perfectly respectable business and introduced gradual change rather than 'closing the doors' completely.
