I have recently ordered a DELL laptop. Should have been here couple of days ago. No sign. Half of consignment has been lost. Dell are being very unhelpful...not returning calls. Can't even talk to somebody in authority. Nothing.Told them I want refund. Still haven't got back to me....anybody else out there suffered at the hands of DELL????
Sorry to hear about your problems with Dell, if you do a basic search you will find numerous threads all regarding the same problems, plenty of VERY good advice has been given as to how to resolve these sorts of problems, there are also I believe link to them direct.
