I have ordered Dell XPS M1330
Can I expect a good laptop ?
can I expect a good service ?

since ordering I have come across some
concerns - do I worry unnecessarily ?

Wouldn't it have been wiser to ask these questions before parting with your money?

However, to answer your questions - you're buying a Dell, thus you've made an excellent choice.

I had asked and I was recommended Dell which I followed
subsequently I followed up their tracking system
and came across some horror stories about their depot in Ireland

I asked here to get my confidence back which was badly shaken

I tried to purchase a Dell laptop yesterday, and the sale went completely out of the window due to incorrect pricing information. Later in the day, I had two telephone calls from Dell still trying to do a deal with better prices. Due to being messed about earlier, I contacted Ebuyer just before 7pm yesterday evening, and a new laptop was delivered at 8.30am this morning.

Regarding the Irish depot, I have had a number of items from there. Everything went very smooth, and Walsh Western (the couriers) were first rate also.
