Fujitsu Lifebook P727 laptop review
Im looking for a laptop and i have about 600 pound to spend.
Found the custom build specs on the dell site
I want this pc for pretty much everything. Im going to need it to run engineering software, CAD programs, all of office obviously.
As well as internet surfing and some gaming.
I made myself a PC which i think meets all that relativly well.
BASE Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T7250 (2.00 GHz, 2 MB L2 cache, 800 MHz FSB)
OPERATING SYSTEM Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium - English
HARDWARE SUPPORT 1 Year Base Warranty - Collect & Return
COLOUR CHOICE Midnight Blue Colour with Microsatin Finish & 2.0mp camera
LCD 17.0" Widescreen WXGA+ (1440x900) TFT Display with TrueLife™
MEMORY 2048MB 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM [2x1024]
HARD DRIVE 250GB (5400RPM) SATA Hard Drive
GRAPHICS CARD nVidia® GeForce™ Go 8600M GT with 256MB DDR2 dedicated graphic memory
OPTICAL DRIVE Fixed Internal 8X DVD+/-RW Drive including Software
PRIMARY BATTERY Primary 9-cell Lithium-Ion Battery (85 WHr)
Now that all comes to about 685 pounds. Like i said above i dont realy want to go above 600, If i take the graphix card down to a 128mb instead of a 256mb then it is at the 600 mark but im not sure if it ill be suitable for what i need it for if i do that.
What do you think?
Oh and any recommendations of other reliable laptops with a similar spec to the 1 above, for around 600pound or under, would be great.
