I purchased a Dell sp2309w monitor in July last year from PCBUYIT and about a month after I got it, I noticed a dead pixel so I was sent a replacement.
The replacement monitor I was sent has just recently developed another dead pixel, I am just wondering would I be eligible for another replacement monitor under the Dell warranty.

It's debatable. If you received a replacement monitor after a month it would probably have been a reconditioned one.
One dead pixel is unlikely to warrant another exchange, but it will do no harm to ask Dell.
Well it looks like more of a row of dead pixels but its still under warranty I think so will be ringing Dell first thing Monday morning!!
