Hi, we are a small business working from home and have been unable to use a laptop which is an integral part of our business for over 2 weeks. Following a phone call to Dell technical support a technician arrived the following day to replace a faulty graphics card, this was also faulty, so a new one was ordered. That was over 2 weeks ago, and despite numerous calls no one can tell us if or when a new one will arrive. All e-mails to different departments have all been un-answered.
