This was how the DSR was meant to work.

I returned an order to dabs.com using the distance selling regulations, I contacted them using their email customer service system,without any hassle a returns number was issued,and my bank account was credited, less postage within 7 days of the goods being returned.

Remember though, that Dabs had a fair amount of complaints about delays etc, in the past and before being taken over by BT. Perhaps the new owners BT have something to do with this!.

As I've pointed out earlier today in another thread about Dabs, I've been dealing with the company since 1988 and only ever had one problem during that time.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
