Well I will praise Philip's & Dab,s for a prompt service.
I had a major problem with a Philips Lightscribe drive, it would only burn some of the label and after working through it with Philips they gave me a number for Dab's. I got the returns number from Dab's and returned the drive. Dab's refunded my money straight away even though they tested the drive and it worked.
It turns out its a bad batch of HP lightscribe CD's (I have wasted 12 to get this far), now lets hope HP are as user friendly.
