DABS - cannot get any response. Help

Some weeks ago my BIOSTART IDEQ 200A Barebones system died. No response when power button pressed. And no power indicator light showing. I suspected the power supply. Anyway I sent it back to DABS. DABS requested that the machine be sent back with accessories supplied. However I wished to keep thje hard disk as this had my data on it & was not prepared to lose it I did however foolishly leave the Pentium processor in still as I thought this might be required for testing.
So the system was returned to DABS, and after a week or so they notified me within the DABS account that they were going to give me a full refund, however after many emails to them I have not had my processor returned, and they are ignoring me ...
