My computer goes away to be sorted by them tomo but I bet I get it back with more problems. They refuse a refund.....anyone tell me if im entitled?? it only came last friday and the thing is bust.

Of course you are entitled to a refund, your PC is clearly not fit for purpose.

How long have you had the PC?

If you consider it not fit for purpose then you have a case. You have given them the opportunity to fix it and if they fail to your satisfaction you can then request a full refund.

Look at the terms and conditions on their website...

I had a Cube PC once. I after say I wasnt impressed AT ALL with it.

Mine kept crashing, freezing, I wouldnt have cared but I had no programs installed, I could be surfing the net one minute, then I would get a Blue screen or it would just freeze. I got feed up in the end and at the expense of having to send it back to them, so I sold it in the end.
