I have just recieved a new upgraded MP3 player
from Creative As my original had problems with the microdrive There returns process was exellent
as was the communication with them The whole process only took 8 days to complete The whole Creative team deserve a pat on the back for there service. Authough the player was still under warrenty they bent over backwards to help me.

When my computer arrived(Mesh), with a busted 40 pin cable for the Audigy 2ZS Platinum, I had a lot of trouble getting a new one from Mesh as they kept sending an Audigy 2 cable which is totally different. I had to ring Creative in Ireland and although the Audigy 2 ZS is not supported in Europe a very nice young lady obtained one for me for only 10 Euros inc postage.
