Hello, Oizzack here. How are you all doing on this wonderful day, I must say England has the strangest weather. Anyway back to the matter at hand, today I ordered a custom gamer computer from Cougar Extreme. I got the email saying “Thank you, your order has been submitted for processing.” at 17:39:57 (25 May 2010) I still haven’t got any response about the order, I was just wondering if anyone can tell me how long it normally takes them to respond.

Thank you, all help is appreciated.

If the time of your order was after 5pm, as it appears from your posting, then I suspect the business had closed for the day. You should expect a confirmation email tomorrow. I purchased my present PC from them and found their customer service very good.

You received the email just after the close of business today, and only three hours before you posted this thread.

I'm sure you'll hear from the company again very soon.

Oh, haha. Thanks for the information guys, I emailed at around 6 because I thought they were ignoring me. Silly me, I’m way too anxious. I appreciate all the help guys, but I have one more question. How long does it normally take them to respond, do they wait for the payment to go through etc?.

  Forum Editor 23:14 25 May 2010

you'll probably receive a confirmation within 24 hours.

respond back to you within 24 hours.

Okay, thanks guys. My final question, the website says they delivery within seven days. Is this correct? I've seen a lot of posts saying that their delivery was shorter and faster. This is my final question, I would have another great answer.

Thanks everyone.

Mine was delivered after 4 days and I have never regretted buying from Cougar. A great company to deal with.
