2 of the 8gb of Corsair ram in my computer was found to be faulty, on contacting Corsair I received an rma and was requested to send 4gb back to them, (the ram was bought as 2 sets of 4gb, 4 sticks in all).
It was replaced very quickly,
Then an 8gb flash voyager pen drive had almost broken in half, Corsair replaced this just as quickly.
Its good to find a company that lives up to its guarantees.
I also had emails of when the goods were received and when the new parts were dispatched.
I have 6GB 1600 C8 Corsair Dominator RAM in my machine and I haven't had any problems with it; however I did have to RMA a 4GB Corsair DDR2 kit for my laptop back as it was faulty and they did the exact same thing - switched it out no problem, no fuss and thus I'm a happy camper :)
