Corel Store Customer Support

One would imagine that Corel products are some of the best on the market. But would one expect good service on a purchase from Corel direct. One might but I have found it is one the worst I have ever encountered. Never again will I purchase a Corel product. My goods were ordered on 9th September and at the 21st September they still have not arrived. Other than a telephone call to Maidenhead there is no way to contact them. I am speech impaired. Are they aware of the Disability Discrimination Act? Apparently not. The word, Corel, is 'accessibility' for all regardless of their disability
