I'm considering buying a Colour Laser Printer but need to know if they are any good at printing photos' as well as general printing.

Several models are now more or less affordable and the new Samsung one (CLP500) has got a £100 cashback offer for this month.

Doe's anyone have a Colour laser at the moment?

Also the Minolta QMS DL2300, Epson C900.

I've heard that the Minolta uses a LOT of power when it prints!?

I am just about to buy a colour laser for my business. From my research to date, the Oki 5100 seems best for the money and gets rave reviews and is fast at 12ppm colour. The Oki shop have it on special at £499 + VAT:

I believe that the quality is good for colour brochures, news letters etc, but I don't think it will compete with an inkjet for true photo quality.
