Cheap monitor

What do you reccommend? Im looking for a widescreen monitor 19" or 20" to surf the net, not interesed in games or watching films.

What about dead pixels? Is that something to look out for? I notice aria do a dead pixel check.

Dead pixel checks usually come at a price (correct me if wrong). You did say 'cheap' monitor wanted - you won't get better for the price - read the user reviews on eBuyer (link provided earlier). I'd just go for this. G
